The security deposit is $250 for each residence. This is fully refundable at the end of the lease term, pending a damage assessment. Yes! We welcome pets. There is a $350 pet fee (non-refundable) per residence. Residents are responsible for the cost of any damages exceeding the pet deposit. Monthly pet rent of $35 per cat and $50 per dog. Max of two pets per residence (no weight limit). PetScreening profile required at an annual fee of $25 per pet. Certain breeds will require a Canine Behavior Assessment.

All utilities are resident’s responsibility and billed to the resident directly from Moment, along with their rent. Residents receive a discounted bulk-internet rate of $50/month for 300 Mbps high-speed internet through Comcast. Additional internet and cable services are resident’s responsibility and available through Comcast. Water, sewer, and trash are formula-based (by apartment size and number of occupants). For all corner homes, both gas and electric are individually metered (actual usage). For all non-corner homes, gas is charged at a flat rate of $20/month and electric is individually metered (actual usage).

We offer controlled access underground parking onsite. Unassigned parking is $175/month per stall. Reserved parking is $225/month. Reserved spaces are limited and available on a first-come first-serve basis.
